Tom Marshall

Tom joins Prosper Group as a Transaction Analyst, specialising in the delivery of commercial property transactions across acquisitions, disposals, and leasing. He is actively involved throughout the transaction lifecycle, from identifying opportunities through to financial analysis and transaction execution, ensuring seamless outcomes for clients.

Prior to Prosper Group, Tom worked in PwC's Real Estate Advisory team where he contributed to a range of complex mandates, including asset management strategy, capital projects and high-value lease negotiations. He also acted as lead analyst for a $300m multi-asset commercial property portfolio across ground lease, retail, office and industrial sectors.

Working closely with clients, agents, and consultants, Tom plays a key role in advancing transactions and identifying assets that align with client briefings. He is known for his detail-oriented and analytical approach, with a strong ability to assess risk, challenge assumptions, and work through the underlying drivers of each deal to ensure no opportunity is overlooked.
