Following an inspection our clients felt this was the best house they had seen to date and were keen to purchase.
In this case the property could not be purchased prior to a campaign commencing, however we were able to prepare ourselves in readiness to negotiate once the campaign commenced. Following the first open home, competitive negotiations took place and contracts were exchanged shortly after.
