Thank you for your request for an urgent/emergency repairs.
Please note that any request for urgent/emergency repairs that are generated outside of business hours may not be attended to immediately by Prosper Group. For these repairs, please adhere to the following steps:
- Prior to arranging an urgent repair please always try to contact your property manager to notify them of the issue: (P) 1300 664 373 or (m) 0402 470 395.
- If your property manager is unavailable and the repair is classified as urgent (as per below), please contact the relevant tradesman listed below
- Then notify your property manager directly via email.
In the case of an urgent repair, please contact the following tradesmen, should these tradesman be unavailable, please contact a local 24hr tradesman who can assist:

Urgent Repairs include:
- A burst water pipe or system;
- An appliance, fitting or fixture that uses water or is used to supply water that is broken or not functioning properly, so that a substantial amount of water is wasted;
- A blocked or broken lavatory system;
- A serious roof leak;
- A gas leak;
- A dangerous electrical fault;
- Flooding or serious flood damage;
- Serious storm or fire damage;
- A failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply to the premises;
- A failure or breakdown of any essential service on the premises for hot water, cooking, heating, cooling or laundering;
- Any fault or damage that causes the premises to be unsafe or insecure.
Please note: Tenants who arrange repairs in which are not considered “urgent” will be charged the cost of the emergency call out fee and in some cases the cost of the actual repair.
