Overview of the purchase: This client was referred to us from their mortgage broker after they had been attempting to purchase their first home by themselves for 18 months and continuously missing out on the property and watching the prices increase between 15 – 20% p.a.
Once engaged Prosper Group approached their network of agents in the clients preferred suburbs. Following an inspection our clients felt this was the best house they had seen to date and were keen to purchase.
In this case the property could not be purchased prior to a campaign commencing, however we were able to prepare ourselves in readiness to negotiate once the campaign commenced. Following the first open home, competitive negotiations took place and contracts were exchanged shortly after.
