Client brief: Our clients required a suitable Sydney base for their visiting President. It needed to be within safe walking distance of their head office in Mascot.
Overview of the purchase: A seasoned buyer in this pocket of Mascot would be aware that the vast majority of blocks here are large, highly overlooked and plagued with defects. Quite quickly we identified an apartment with a great floor plan, excellent privacy/outlook and in a block with relatively few problems. We were able to purchase it quickly and quietly with many appliances included in the deal.
It could have been months before another offering of this quality and value became available in the same area. Our clients were thrilled!
