Chris put together a coaching program to suit my needs and we have regular meetings to discuss strategies, progress and future actions. Since working with Chris my future is looking very positive and on track to achieve my aim of being a self-funded retiree. I have several properties and with Chris’s help now a strategy in place.
A couple of months ago I purchased a development site (2 properties next door to each other), on the Gold Coast. This is a very exciting acquisition as the 2 properties together,
allow for 6 townhouses to be built.
Initially there was only one property on the market; Chris encouraged me to investigate the property next door through a local agent. This led to an offer being made (and accepted) on the next door property.
This move put the blocks together and allows for 6 townhouses, whereas if the blocks had remained separate, it would only allow for 2 townhouses per block.
Thanks to Chris’ initiative and help, I can build 2 extra townhouses without any extra cost for land.
Prosper Group assisted me through the whole process and I also used a lawyer and mortgage broker that they recommended.
This was an important factor due to the contracts being signed 30/11/05 & 1/12/05, with Christmas coming up and the usual shut down of Australia, it was a hectic time, made much easier with all the parties being so professional and efficient.
