DirectorChris is a director and co-founder of Prosper Group. With over 18 years experience in the financial and property industries, Chris offers our clients a wealth of knowledge and experience. He is an active property investor – both residential and commercial – and has employed a variety of strategies including development, subdivision and renovation to add value to property.
Chris is passionate about helping people overcome time constraints and lack of knowledge to build wealth through property. In 2005, Chris decided to put all his experience and ideas into providing a comprehensive, impartial service for property buyers and investors. Director & PrincipalAlex is a Director and co-founder of Prosper Group. As a former Property Adviser, Alex’s clients gain the benefit of his expertise performing property transactions and managing commercial assets and property portfolios. Alex has been personally involved in acquiring residential and commercial properties of all kinds and is driven to improve your property’s performance and value.

He has a real passion for sourcing properties that meet the criteria of his clients – from locating the property, negotiating on the best price, performing due diligence and guiding the property through to settlement.
